Qualifying spend is merchandise actually paid after discounts, including VAT, excluding shipping. Delivered and paid orders count after 14 days, allocated to the calendar year of delivery. Refunds reduce qualifying spend.

Earned or renewed status lasts through 31 December of the following year. Annual spend resets on 1 January while protected status remains. Downgrades happen only at expiry, based on the previous calendar year.

Member tier discounts, birthday gifts and referral credits may be combined with regular promotions. Final Sale items are excluded from these benefits. Promotional discounts are applied first, followed by eligible member benefits. Birthday gifts include the applicable member tier discount, which is applied once. Every member receives a birthday gift. Gifts are valid for 30 days from issue, once per calendar year. When all available merchandise is marked Final Sale, gift expiry pauses automatically; at least 14 days remain after eligible merchandise returns. A redeemed gift cannot be used again, including after a refund. Event eligibility, capacity and any fee are announced per event.

Referral rewards: EGP 250 for both customers after verified signup and duplicate checks. No annual referral limit; each genuinely new customer qualifies once. Possible duplicates require review. Minimum eligible merchandise after percentage discounts is EGP 2,500. One referral credit per order; reward credit expires after 90 days. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are excluded. Free delivery covers the original standard shipment; returns follow the returns policy.
